The purpose of this Customer Service Administrator role is to strengthen the Customer Service team by providing 5-star customer service, processing incoming sales orders, dealing with enquiries and preparing and converting quotations.

This is a permanent role for a motivated individual with advanced customer service or telesales experience who has a strong interest working for a growing company with a strong ecommerce presence.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Efficiently deal with inbound communications and enquiries across multiple online and offline communication channels
  • Process incoming orders and assist customers through to successful completion
  • Provide customer service across different sales channels
  • Troubleshoot customer questions, issues and complaints, making sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and sales channels to effectively assist customers
  • Use our CRM system to maintain customer relationships
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external parties
  • General sales support and administration
  • Participate in future initiatives and contribute ideas

Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or account management role
  • Advanced customer service and phone skills and solid understanding of the customer service and phone sales processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via telephone, email, live-chat and other channels
  • Comfortable building effective relationships with customers, colleagues and external parties
  • Professional at all times and in any situation with customers and colleagues
  • Sense of urgency in all dealings and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
